Bad service Makro Wonderboom

Not happy with the service I have received.for the past 2 weeks we have been enquiring on a deal Vodacom through Makro.meet a consultant by the Name of Kagiso,to date we have not received any joy.he has been promising to assist and he has not assisted us.He told us the deal has been closed and he is enquiring with head office to open it.we have been going the numerous times and we can't find him or he can't assist he has been telling us that he is awaiting feedback from head office for 2 weeks now.we urgently need assistance
