Bad service makro ottery

Order number OD*** poor service from makro.

I order from makro a pasta bowel to my suprise they send me a a white tray that's not even a bowel, on top of that I order a baking tray with a lid I got the baking tray but no lid this is unacceptable, now you want me to log a return and if it's up to your standards you will accept my return, that's unacceptable why should I wait for my money when makro otteey was at fault you send the wrong items now you telling me that I need to wait to get my money back and if it's up to makro you won't refund my money.

This is ridiculous the fault is with you, I want my refund processed before I log a return because I have no faith in makro as you didn't even know that you send me wrong items but also send me an item without a lid
