Bad service Makro online

I bought a 16 lit. Alva gas water geyser from Makro online, I was busy up-grade my bathroom and install the geyser approx. one month after the delivery, and the geyser was not working. Immediately I've asked for an exchange or a refund which is impossible to get because it can only be exchanged/refund if it is within 14 days of delivery. Then I try for them to repair the geyser and after 16 emails back and forth (almost 3 months) it was still not collected for repairs, I had to get a private gas technician called out to do the repairs, 4 days after the technician repiared the geyser Makro online email #17 to let me know they will pick-up and do the repairs. I can not stress enough any person who want to use Makro online think again.
