Bad service Makro Online

I have ordered on line on Saturday the 25th and it said my order will be delivered on Monday the 27th then I receive an email to say my order is being delayed , for how many days I don’t know last communication was on Monday , it’s 2nd week still waiting for update and my order . I have to call customer service , taking my time and airtime to do so , Makro online you can do better
