Bad Service Makro. Not purchasing appliances again! Not recommended.

Bought a candy washing machine not too long ago, paid almost R8,000. I have never had problems with Makro. Sometime after that the machine started giving problems - I called because there’s a warranty, someone was sent out and came to replace some parts, this continued for a while, I mean it’s a machine that is suppose to provide what it needs to, again in the week I had to call again because the machine doesn’t wash so it switches off after a few minutes so I have to restart the process. This means I am waiting detergent and electricity, not to even speak about the water. Then i get a call from Makro - I need to return the machine. I paid almost R8,000 cash, you expect to load this heavy machine into my car and bring it to Makro? When I spoke to the consultant over the phone the audacity of this consultant to firstly be so rude, secondly tell me there’s no manager and then tell me I just have to bring the machine in. After all of this problems with the machine I mist still endure this? Is this what I pay for with Makro? I do my monthly shopping at Makro, I purchase all of my alcohol and even clothing there. But after this - I will not recommend Makro. I am extending disappointed with this service! Extremely! Not recommending Makro!!!!
