Bad service makro financial department and management

MAK*** nothing was done no refund payed till today is 3months still no update am the one who always call but calling it's like waisting your time they will act like the don't know anything about this matter and shift everything to finances department when you asked to be transferred they won't because customers are not allowed to talk to management and financial department people while you wait for the whole two weeks promis le to call of which the never did till today I hate myself for trusting Makro online they don't value their customers it's only good for them when they take your money but they know how to cancel without even calling you first while you've waited for more than 2weeks for delivery
