Bad Service Makro

i bought a cellphone with delivery date as 31 .01.2025. on the 30.01.2025 at 22H00 i received an sms and email that my order is being delayed.

till now there is no ETA and Makro cant give answer because its a 3rd party that must supply. If i knew that I NEVER would have bought it from Makro. They have my money, now they cant supply. Their customer service IS Pathetic.
