Bad service makro crown mines

Bought crisp and chocolates . Heavy cold drink cans were placed on top of the chocolates and crisp , crushing them . The delivery person delivered a day later then I was told and what was left of the chocolate melted . Makro has not bothered contacting me despite my numerous emails and calls
