BAD Service Makro!

I bought an item online early December 2022 (MAK***) and failure by Makro to deliver on time I bought the same item from another company. I asked Makro Help Centre to cancel this order and after 12 calls this still has not been cancelled. I never received the item and do not want it and want a refund. They are really poor!
