Bad service Makro

Want to buy a fully gas oven. Saw one that I really wanted to buy but I was standing around about 5 minutes and still nobody came to assist me. I walked out and bought another stove at a different place. Also tried to phone them the previous day because I have a 3 hours drive to Makro, but nobody was answering the phone after I tried severel times during the day
