Bad service makro

I ordered and paid for a washing machine(Samsung 9kg front loader). I was told it would take 7-14 days for delivery. It’s been a month and a half since the order and I still haven’t received it. I’ve been given stories every time I contact them such as it will be delivered this week, every week. The employees name who placed my order at makro is Tsenolo. I was contacted by Samsung yesterday and told my machine that I paid for was sold to someone else at makro. This is the same machine I paid fully.
