Bad service Makro
We have purchased a dominator creepy started giving problems well within the 2 year warranty. Makro refuses to replace it and claim it is wear and tear. Quoted us R1000 for repairs this is rediclious product cost R2000 that is still under warranty. Very unhappy customers.

18 Sept 2021, 20:00I actually did get a call from Henrico from Makro on Monday 12/09/2021 listening to my complaint and said he understood and will try and sort my problem out. It is now 5 days later and nothing from Makro or Henrico. Just proves my point that they cannot sort out client problems because do not actually tend to them
