Bad service -Lawn mower refund 2years waiting and counting

I have really had it with Makro now!!

i have had a query for over 2 years now just when i thought my query is being resolved today again i call and do a follow up on my query i was told that i will be getting a refund in 10days time, to my surprise it is 13 days later I'm calling to find out what happened to my refund I'm being told that its still pending. After they own staff member assured me that i will be getting a refund into my account in 10 days.

I'm really disappointed in this company they do not treat they customers fairly.

they are *********** and unprofessional i cant be expected to honestly wait 2 years for something that they were at fault with and still follow up when they messed up as a company day 9 they were supposed to have checked if all is in order and contact me as the customer they failed not the other way around.

people are just not doing they jobs at Makro
