Bad service items missing on order plus bonus rude manager Shaun

Good afternoon I have a problem I ordered last week and my order was not recieved I emailed them called vaal makro but still didn't recieved my order Today I received my order from the the courier guy box damaged opened missing items inside the guy said I.should take the order the company will replace it , I refused to take the order I called makro vaal several time the call was taken or answer by a guy called Shaun marketing manager of the store he didn't talk to me in a good way , he said to me I should stop calling as he doesn't have Any answer for me with a loud voice you can retrieve the calls head office I called again the lady called tumelo answered and said Shaun said I sweared at him. Which I didn't can you kindly retrieve the calls where I sweared him I'm asking for my order nothing else as I paid and waited a week for it delivery number mml***1 makro order number *** as a manager how could one speak with customer like this I'm very disappointed don't Wana lie
