Bad service is governed by makro

After complaining online and recieving the worse conflict resolution from your executive manager who treats customer according to race in which you are clearly you fine with. You commented on my problem which I havent recieved any phone call from your department or response and I have phoned numerous times cornubia makro with no response. I can clearly see this is a problem from the top management with no proper corporate governance. This would never change over night this clearly how Marko deems fit to handle conflict and their organisation. I regret buying my TV from makro I am constant customer and I will never ever support this company again neither would I ever recommend it. This utterly disappointing and disgraceful. I have to take this further with legal assistance.
