Bad Service, Horrible communication and Late deliveries

I bought a washing machine from Makro and it hasn’t been delivered, no one picks up the phone when you call the store. If you can’t deliver what I paid for then I expect a full refund, I would not recommend anyone purchase anything from Makro. Their lack of accountability is astonishing
