BAD SERVICE FROM YOUR ONLINE STORE

MAKRO RIVERSANDS : Your online service is very poor I made my ordered on the 27/11/2022 and today its the 14/12/2022 I still haven't received my order. I called them and Spoke to a guy called NKOSI HLONGWANE who promised to give me a call yesterday and he also assured me that I will get my order. I still didn't get my order. I called again today spoke to the same guy who told me the same story he told me yesterday and he expected me to just take that story. I then asked to speak to his manager and he just hang up the call on me . I called again and spoke to Kabelo Mabosa who promise to check my order and call me back. I will wait and see.
