Bad Service from uninformed staff

<p>About 3 weeks ago i saw Makro Online had the Mellareware stick blender for R99. I contacted Makro Ottery to confirm if they had stock. The women then told me they out of stock. I in turn asked till when is the promotion thinking i would then get a reincheck. Her response to me is "its not on promotion thats the normal price". </p> <p>Thats not the worst, two weeks ago i call again to confirm if they have stock yet and just to double check the price. The elderly gentleman in sales confirms they have stock and yes that the normal price. Then to my suprise when i go to the store last week to purchase and i am told that It was on promotion for R99.00 that its normal price now??</p> <p>So now i would like to know if the people in the sales office is giving you incorrect information, who is at fault. Because i would have clearly gotten myself a reincheck had i been told it was on promotion.</p> <p>Very dissapointed with Makro. </p>
