Bad service from Makro weadmead

I bought a hisense TV from Marko in 2021 I paid in full don't owe them anything so now I the TV is not working I logged a cal with Makro and they now referring me to Hisense funny thing is I bought the TV at makro weadmead but now they no longer want to assist me and they referring me to a third party it's been three weeks with a TV and when I call hisense they tell me I must wait for another 21 days what kind of service is that I really disappointed in Makro as I am they customer it should be so inconvienced I came to buy a TV at Makro not Hisense I'm so disappointed
