Bad Service from Makro Online

My partner bought a Midea 20L Microwave from Makros online store, Order took longer than expected to them not having stock, upon receiving the unit, we found out it doesn’t turn on, we’ve lodged several complaints and calls and they refuse to refund her the money and take back the faulty unit, she’s unhappy she doesn’t want an exchange she wants her money back.
