Bad service from Makro online at Germiston

I have bought coffee tables and salt and pepper grinder on 4 September. Received the coffee tables. Sent emails more than one time. Only received the coffee tables. Never ever received the wooden grinders. Until today nothing happened. And I have paid for the wooden salt and pepper grinders.
