Bad service from Makro online

Placed an order at Makro online on the 11 April 2023. Had to go to Makro Centurion to fined out what was going on as I still have not received my washing machine ((26th April2023). The lady in Centurion helped me a lot as numbers of Bloemfontein branch was given to as she also tried to trade the machine.After numerous calls to Makro Bloemfontein I received notification that my machine might be in Kimberley. It was later confirmed that it was still in Bloemfontein. Yesterday I received a phone call stating that my machine was lost in transit and they would refund me. Still waiting for this to happen. Will never ever buy something online from Makro ( Has done it before) again.
