Bad service from Makro online

Order number: MAK***

Part of my order was not delivered I've been calling makro online support still haven't received the package or refund it's been over a month now and still nothing no feedback from the relative party.

I have exhausted every channel that has been provided for assistance (Support) but till today I haven't been assistance at all. and mind you calling your support line is a chargeable call and they put you on hold for almost 15 minutes.
