BAD Service from Makro Online

Makro Online (South Africa): I purchased 2 items from Makro online. The delivery time provided was 7 to 10 working days. On the order tracking, the items purchased where packed and ready for dispatch 1 day after the date of purchase. After 9 working days, I phoned the help line, and was assured that the items would be delivered soon and I would be informed when this would happen. It is now 12 working days after order, the tracking status is still the same (packed), and the help line informed me that they are still waiting for the delivery to happen!? I do NOT recommend Makro Online shopping, as these excuses are unacceptable. I ordered online for convenience, not to spend my time on the phone trying to cajole the suppliers to deliver my paid for goods! VERY SHABBY!!!
