Bad service FROM makro I'm still waiting for my refund 30 days later and my child birthday present

Marko Online services is the worse I expected better service from them.

I bought my 1year old a tricycle online for her birthday IN Feb 2022 when I received it was faulty the wheel could not turn.

I placed an return online which was only collected almost 2 weeks after I called and emailed numerous times

After collected web is the reference given by dawn wing I have been calling and emailing for another 3 weeks but I'm told if was never collected. I'm still waiting for the replacement and refund of the other two items .

It's been 1 month ago since mg child birthday and I'm still waiting for the birthday present I bought online from Marko Online. I'm disguised by the service I never get to speak to a Team leader or manager they never available when I call but I still have not received any satisfaction about something I paid for and was never refunded or replaced I'm still waiting
