Bad service from makro
I ordered coffee table online and it delivered with a broken glass on the 14th December 2025, I logged same returned same day, it was collected on the 4th of February until today I have not received my refund or replacement.
No one is responding to my emails.
Can I please get my refund back urgently. I can wait for 3 months for my refund
