Bad service from Makro and Trojan

Good day

We bought a homegym online at Makro and they delivered at our home. We saw that the weights were not included and I phoned immediately to let them know. I've been phoning and emailing since the 1 December 2018 where I spoke to managers and supervisors. Until today 24 December 2018 I've still not received the weights. Ivwill never buy anything from Makro again. I also contacted Trojan to assist with this matter and still got nowhere. I'm very disappointed in both their services. It was supposed to be my Christmas present from my kids.
