Bad service from makro and hisense wonderboom

I would like to tell everyone that last year August i bought a hisense frindge at makro wonderboom. Three weeks after of purchasing the fridge we noticed that the freezer part of the fridge was faulty it started freezing up so the door could not even close i have to defrost the freezer once every 2 weeks. I started complaining to makro they sent out the same technician 4 different times and he kept on telling me he could not fix it, and that he would lodge the complaint and write a report that they have to credit me or resupply me with a new fridge. Its been almost a year and i am still stuck with a fridge with a freezer that can not be used coz it freezes up and my drawers can not open can anyone please tell me what i can do to get results from makro or hisense
