Bad Service from makro

Bad experience from Makro online. I have received a Printer and its Damaged. Logged a return and called several times to collect damaged good. Same story everyday. We are calling to store to collect. No Reponse. You can be assured i will never purchase from makro online again. From the reviews i can see im not the only one that is complaining about this issue.
