Bad service from Makro
Im disgusted with the service given to me by Makro. I placed an order on 23 November and delivery was supposed to be on 29 November. I've attempted to make contact on numerous occasions via phone calls, WhatsApp and email and the response was always the same by the agents. All telling me that it will be escalated and they'll get back to me. Today 8 December I went into the ottery store and the person who helped me said that customer service would call me back, I then got an email to say that I would be refunded because it's out of its delivery date..... I DO NOT WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER, because if I do then I would have to reorder it but I won't be getting it for the same price because the promotionis done (which is not my problem I've ordered it when it was on promotion). So I'm saying again I DO NOT WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER I WANT MY PRODUCT THAT I PAID FOR.
Ps the product is still available on your website for R7999 I would like you to send my product that I paid for while on promotion

After weeks of being told it was “escalated,” @MakroSA cancelled and refunded my order without my consent due to being “out of delivery date.” This was a Makro service failure, not mine.
I paid R4,500 on promotion. The product is still available on your website for R7,999, not discontinued — yet I’m expected to reorder at a higher price.
I have all reference numbers. Please honour my original order at the price paid and deliver the product.
