Bad service from makro

Please i will advice people to refrain from purchasing any tv from makro and dont be fooled by the guarantee or warranty. I purchased a 58 inch sinotec tv from makro pmb gave me a hassle within 1 and half years then they repaired and within 2 months same issue. Complained got a job no 554650 and 2 weeks gone no technician has even come to collect tv as promised by makro. I personally had to contact sipho from sinotec who doesnt even like to answer calls and he said he would get back to me yet hasnt. I had to go the extra mile of contacting mega audio from dbn who are the agent that repairs and they too are just full of lies. One had to spend your own airtime, time and this is so frustrating cause you buy the product from makro and they responsible to service the customer its their product Angry never will i buy from makro again
