Bad service from Makro

Worst service ever, I ordered online from Makro in Ottery last week saturday. I was expecting my order on the 10 March 2026. I'm still waiting for that order The frustrating part is that they are not communicating, when I track on the system it still shows the order to be delivered on the the 10th. When I call their department, no answers. I called customer services and they tried calling as well but there's no answer I sent emails, there's still no answer. I sent a whatsapp and they said they will give me feedback in 48 hours for an order I made on the 7th. It's the second time this is happening and my partner had to go in to the store for my last order. On whatsapp they don't even give me a chance to speak the only answer I'm getting is that they are still investing and they will give me feedback in 24 to 48 hrs and then I should rate their service. What service ???? I mean is this the service they give to their customers ???? I am so disappointed
