bad service from Makro

i bought an Iron on the 15/10/2023 and the iron switch on and off sometimes it does not light and i have returned it to Makro the policy that they always tell me is if goods were returned within 14 days you get a refund or voucher but in my case i was questioned why the iron was dirty by the employees and they were so rude to me saying it does not look new it wont be new because it was used i never said i did not use the iron i did but its not working as promised. Makro change their policies everyday and the staff have different information to give everyday i am so disappointed i do not want that iron brand its useless.
