Bad Service from Makro

On January 02, 2023, I bought a interver at Makro Crown Mines. I paid R7500.00 for it.It worked perfectly well for the first few months until it started to give me problems lasting less hours then before. I turned in the product on April 16, 2023, then I was told that it will be booked in for repairs which I was given a booking ID: *** by Makro. I was very unhappy with the fact that I had to wait for days to get the product back from them so a manager was called to explain their return policy to me which was still unhappy because the product sold to me didn't even last me three months, after waiting for 2 hours a second manager was called to come explain to me again about how the product works, so I agreed to leave the product there for repairs. On April 18,2023 received a call from Makro, who was the technician from the company that produces the product. He stated that the battery of the inverter was dead, so I asked that product is still under warranty but was told it's not for the battery and was told that a quotation will be sent to me by Makro. I told the technician that i will not buy a new battery because firstly I was not told that the warranty is only on inverter not the battery and secondly that inverter is not even three months or four months old and thirdly who knows that maybe I was sold a product that was returned before by a customer which was repackaged and reshelfed for selling. Makro has not called to give me feedback on the product till to date. Please can I get help with this problem.
