Bad service from Makro

My son ordered a device for them online on the 26th of August received the package on 2 September and relized the steering wheel and stuff was not compatible with his device like the product said it was supposed to be we called for a return they pick up the parcel at 6 September and my son has not received his money back yet how is this service except able I meen Really
