Bad service for return this was bought online
MAK*** very disappointed been trying to call the makro store in Gqeberha last call they promised they will send someone to pick up the laptop. I had the laptop for almost 5 months but it is no longer working some buttons are no longer working. I am using it for school. I need to return it as it is still under warranty. Been trying to call the number again but waiting forever on the call. the service is very disappointing

13 Sept 2024, 14:18I am very disappointed I came to eastern cape as a student dont know many places.i stay at res i am seriously in need of a laptop its been over month going from pillar to post.Was told the nearest makro is 2 hours away from res..I since then received one phone call was promised that they looking on the matter even today.I am really disappointed..I need the laptop to picked up.
