BAD SERVICE FOR ONLINE PURCHASES

I purchased an item online on February 1st, and it arrived within a week. However, I was not satisfied with the product and initiated a return. It’s now been two weeks since the scheduled collection, and I still haven’t heard back from them. I’ve called and emailed multiple times, but there has been no response. The service has been terrible. They’re quick to take your money and deliver the product, but handling issues seems to be another story. I’m now forced to escalate this matter as I haven’t received any feedback."
