Bad service

I placed an order on 1 March 2026, and the delivery was scheduled for 9 March 2026. To date, I have still not received the order, nor have I received any clear communication regarding the delay or a revised delivery date. This level of service is unacceptable. As a customer, I expect Makro to honor its delivery commitments or at the very least provide timely updates when delays occur.
