Bad Service

Not a happy customer ..

I bought a washing maching being advised that i will enjoy warranty plan should anything happens to the machine ...within 3 months of purchase i requested for for assistance on the machine , logged a request with request number *** from deft ..

We have been calling everyday for over 3 weeks and being told they have dispatched a technician to come and assist ...no one has every came and we are being told one ane same thing all over again ..

I wouldn't advise anyone to buy or rely on defy warranty through Makro as they ****ming people
