Bad service

With every online order I made, one or more item does not get delivered. I will follow up on their WhatsApp page daily with no assistance. When I persist they will either partially refund or put me through to their chatbot.For items not delivered it’s a blame game between the store and the courier.I’m a regular client who’s always dissatisfied.
