Bad service

today when i called um told that the money was paid to the third party and they are still waiting for the party to refund back the money, how possible is that the account toook 3 weeks to be allocated accordingly RCS AND MAKRO staff are useless when it comes to customer care, how can customer care leave the query hanging without informing the customer about the feedback of the quiry i am not happy at all with rcs group's customer service
