BAD SERVICE

I purchased a decoder online on the 6th of June till today i haven’t received my order , i tried calling demanding my refund i was never given a feedback or received any call in regards to my order . I just want the product , if they falling they should just bring my money i’ll take my money somewhere else . their service is so bad
