Bad service, faulty products and bad customer care

To say I am disappointed at Makro would be an understatement, the sold me a wrong treadmill and I could not even use it .Logged in a return and it took them over a week to collect the treadmill to this day I am still waiting for the refund which is a lot of money .Their call centre is so useless, they keep saying they will escalate the matter which they never actually do .
