Bad service

I bought a Karcher pressure washer from makro in December 2025. The machine died and I took it back on 23 March 2026. Today I had to go in to find out what's is happening with my machine, in told that I have to pay R2500 to have it repaired? Its been 3 months I have the machine. No 1 called me stating what is going on with my machine. I bought the machine for R2999. That is like buying a new machine. If its 3 months and the machine dies what is supposed to happen here? I am not happy at all with the service I have gotten from makro. Very poor service. I will not buy anything again from Makro for their poor service and also advise people not to buy anything from them. Pathetic service
