Bad service

I had the most horrific experience at Makro Woodmead, that SUPERVISOR knows nothing about customer service. 1st she **** and said I can’t use my gift card until further notice and I realised from there she has never dealt with sms vouchers before, and if she diddnt know she can ask help from someone who is knowledgeable not to dismiss a customer. It took me 46 min trying to pay cos of the back and forth, poor cashier (no:4450) just diddnt know what to do. The supervisor billed me R2800 for items that cost R1103.70 can you imagine that I argued there’s no way until another supervisor came to assist, Yho what a day.

Please get her training before many customers go through what I went through. Time of purchase 12:55 above I mentioned the cashier number
