Bad service

I am so disappointed with the store in their employees they are very *********** I’ve placed an order Friday after then I’ve called in just to ask what is the time for want to receive an order the agent misled me as a client said to me no you can come into Marine collect I’m like are you sure the agent said to me yes okay moving along in the following day in the morning I called you again just to ask like Our time or what is the turnaround time for one to come and collect the Order still the same guy or I think it was different I said let me know you can come in and come and collect I drove all the way to the store only to find out when I get to the store my order was not allocated nothing was on the system the people on the floor they were very *********** they were not willing to help me I think they were irritated or what okay I waited I waited for an hour wasted my time and my petrol even now I’m still don’t have my Order I spoke with one of the guy (Manager)at the store he took my contact details and address saying the order will be delivered to me,so I’m not gonna go back to the store I want my order to be delivered,drove all the way my petrol cost ,you guys now gonna still drive the way to deliver MAK***
