Bad service, exhausted
Orders say delivered on their website, I still haven't received anything. CS says its 3rd what what company, I am honestly just tired 9f being sent from pillar to post. Definitely not buying again.

If my things are not delivered today before 18h00 , at my new address then I have no choice but to contact the consumer services ombudsman.
Your system still has my old number and old address, this whole week you have been promising to change and fix that, you haven't.. okay.
