Bad service

Good day I bought a generator from Makro last year in March but now it's not working, according to the info I received when I bought the generator it has 2 years warrantee. I called Makro and I spoke to Lucky, the lady told me I will have to take it to the store and the closest store for me is Bloemfontein which is 200km away from where I stay, when I bought it I had to pay a delivery fee. Now the lady told me that I have to take it there myself or pay collection fee and when its fixed I have to pay another fee for it to be delivered, this was never explained to me when I bought the generator. I need assistance urgently. Another issue is that I can wait 6 weeks for the generator as mentioned by the lady that it will take 6 weeks for me to get the generator back. You

I very much disappointed after I was contacted regarding my issue but it's still not resolved. I was supposed to receive a call from Naledi at Makro Bloemfontein, I waited the whole day for the call and even now I haven't received any call or any correspondence. Another lady from customer service didn't come back to me for feedback. I sent an email to David who is responsible at Makro for Hello Peter complaints but he also didn't come back to me. I'm still sitting with a non functional generator. I was expecting that it will be collected today because the lady from Customer Service told me that they won't be able to assist me yesterday they can only call me today. The way this thing is dragging my fear is that Im gonna wait for a very long time to get my generator and where I am I struggle a lot with loadshedding hence I bought this generator. This is a serious inconvenience. What else must I do to be assisted at Makro?

Makro is not coming back to me with feedback. After my last message I haven't received and acknowledgement of my complain nor any correspondence from Makro
