Bad service

No help what so ever, and the services are terrible, each day I have to phone in over 6 times and still get no where. I have a damaged fridge that I cannot use and it's taking forever to get a new one delivered and there is no one that can really assist to have this problem resolved, quick for you to make payment but they take forever to give a respond to a complaint then I was told that they need to get a response from the courier company first who damaged the item, that is not my problem, I paid for an item and I expect it to be delivered and if there is an issue have it resolved ASAP but not with Makro.
