Bad service

Makro online its really not for us black because last month i ordered and then i decided to collect, the was a white guy who made an order that day and they where busy with him and i had to wait for more than hour to get my order and time i ordered three days back, dis month i made an order on Saturday in the morning , got a message around 7pm that some of my items was cancelled and i tried to add via email and around midnight i got message that another items where cancelled and packed and i cant make any change am tired of calling everytime when i make order, sometimes its driver, delay without communication, please fix this
